This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations work for physical products purchased from designelogon. ### 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, unless a legal exception applies. For physical goods, the 14-day withdrawal period starts on the day you, or a person chosen by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. You may inspect the product as you would reasonably do in a physical store. If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect loss in value, where permitted by law. ### Products That Cannot Be Returned Some products may not be eligible for return if a legal exception applies, including: - Products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized - Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed - Products that have been damaged by misuse, neglect, or improper handling after delivery - Gift cards, digital products, or downloadable products, if offered If you are unsure whether your product can be returned, contact us before sending it back. ### Return Shipping Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. designelogon is not responsible for returned items lost in transit. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. We will refund eligible payments within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or after you provide proof that the goods were sent back, whichever happens first. Original standard delivery costs will be refunded where required by law. Extra delivery costs for premium or express shipping selected by the customer may not be refunded unless required by law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. ### Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at modfist@outlook.com. Please include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, refund, or another appropriate solution according to the situation and applicable law. ### Order Cancellation If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at modfist@outlook.com. We can only cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you may still request a return under this policy.
